Restore in a wooden and glass shala floating above the valley, walk miles of endless paths in the surrounding pine forests, bathe in cascading natural river pools, breathe pure mountain air, eat deliciously nourishing fresh veggie and vegan meals, receive healing treatments from compassionate therapists, star gaze and then sleep deeply each night in comfy rustic stone cottages.

Once you have arrived at Lisbon, the closest international airport, you will travel with a Willow partner to and from the retreat.
Departure times available from Lisbon to the retreat are 6 pm, Sunday, the 17th, and 8 am, Monday, the 18th.
We return from the Vale de Moses to Lisbon at 6pm, Friday, the 22nd.
